    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
    • Once your order is processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent.

    • Free delivery is available for Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas.
    • For other regions, we provide affordable freight options with a shipping quote available during checkout.
  3. Shipping Method & Carrier
    • Free delivery is handled by our in-house delivery team, who will reach out 1 to 2 days prior to arrival via phone or SMS to confirm the delivery date and time.
    • For interstate shipping, we partner with trusted carriers like Hunter Express, Allied Express, and TNT to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time
    • Free delivery:Generally arrives within 5-10 business days, depending on location.
    • Interstate delivery:Usually completed within 7-14 business days after processing.
    • For select regions, we offer discounted shipping with estimated delivery as follows:
      • Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Blue Mtns: 7-14 days
      • Geelong, Mornington: 7-21 days
    • Please note that unforeseen factors, such as weather or carrier delays, may affect delivery times.
  5. Delivery Details
    • Standard delivery is to the front door or garage at the ground floor level only.
    • Moving items indoors or to upper floors will incur additional charges, and customers should arrange this service with us before purchase.
    • Due to the weight and size of some items, an able-bodied person should be present to assist with unloading.
    • If no one is available at delivery, you may authorize us to leave items at the front door or garage, or request a new delivery time (rescheduling may result in delays).
  6. Installation Services
    • Most products require self-assembly, allowing you to enjoy a DIY experience. For installation services, contact us directlyβ€”fees will apply.
    • A parking space must be provided for our installation team. Additional charges will apply if parking is unavailable.
  7. Add-on Services
