• Free pickups are available in areas covered by our free delivery service.

• Outside those areas? No worries — we offer a low-cost return shipping option to make it easy and affordable.

• Once we receive and inspect your item, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method — no hidden fees, no restocking charges.

Return Eligibility

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

• The item was purchased directly from ozsave.com.au.

Exceptions

• Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.

  Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return
